Return Or Exchange Policy

Babiesatplay.com.au will happily exchange or refund any item you purchased provided it is returned to us unworn and in its original condition (tags still attached) within 14 days of your purchase. Please enclose a note with a reason you are returning it and what you would like in exchange. Please include a copy of your invoice. We are unable to refund and item without a receipt and the refund will only be given to the original payer in the original form of payment.

Please note all sale items are final.

In the case of the exchange of an item you will be responsible for a postage charge to ship the new items.

Where the item being exchanged or returned was faulty, a full refund of the original price plus postage will be made.

Please note you will receive your exchange (when in stock) or refund within 14 working days of us receiving the items. We will Endeavour to process this as quickly as possible Unfortunately we do not refund postage costs.
